Yarrow is an excellent plant to have in your first aid kit, it has a whole host of herbal actions, and is helpful in a wide variety of preparations. Take by the dropperful as needed, use topically as a wound wash, or mix into water, honey, or a tasty tea. Yarrow is quite bitter.
