Salad Burnet is a perennial salad green that grows in a 1-2 foot clump and provides cute little cucumber-tasting leaves that can be harvested year-round. It would make a nice border plant for an edible landscape or a ground cover if densely planted. It takes awhile to get established, but once it’s there, it’s there. It's also a member of the rose family. It makes abundant seeds, which can easily be direct sowed or shared.
